For bug reports, feature requests, leaderboard issues, or anything else:
When emailing about a bug, it speeds things up to include:
– Your device (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iPad Air 11″).
– iOS / iPadOS version (Settings → General → About → Software Version).
– App version (shown in Settings → Radiology Cannon, or on the launch
screen).
– A short description of what you did and what happened.
– A screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual.
## Frequently asked
### The leaderboard is empty / my score didn’t post.
Leaderboard features require Apple Game Center. Make sure you are signed in: **Settings → Game Center → Apple Account**. If you launch the app while signed out, scores still save locally but will not post to the global or weekly leaderboard.
### How do I reset my personal best?
Personal-best scores are stored locally on your device. Deleting and reinstalling the app clears local scores. Game Center scores are controlled by Apple and can be managed from the Game Center settings on your device.
### How do I disable haptics / sound?
Toggle them from the in-game options. The setting is saved on your device.
### The app crashed or froze.
Force-quit and relaunch. If it keeps happening, please email me with the details listed in the **Contact** section above and I’ll look into it.
### Is there an Android / web version?
Not at this time. The original mini-game lives inside the RadFuzion web app; this is the standalone iOS port.
